Not heard anyone mention before the boost codes knocked out conditional saves, I just thought they were equivalent to cash seems not.
When I say cash I guess I mean currency on an online order.
TS is it not worth giving them a ring?
I had a similar thing happen last year and I got a refund of my missing discount credit.Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

Mimi, we bought DS a satellite a while back that we thought was a good deal.
It didn't have a dvd drive tray thingy  it just looked like it had one, meant it was useless for what he wanted it for.
It's probably completely irrelevant to what you wanted to know but just thought I'd warn you to check
That's a really good point dipdap, I had to keep checking that they had DVD drives when I was looking for one. There are loads out there that don't anymore.0 -
Good morning everyone
I need to buy a new toaster. I've never had a toaster I've been happy with. I like toast to be almost burnt but soft on the inside and to achieve this the toaster needs to toast fast. New toasters are ok for a while but after a short time some elements don't burn so brightly so the bread takes longer to toast and this makes the toast hard
I'm wondering if anyone has found a decent and fast toaster where this doesn't happen and it toasts as well as when new for a couple of years or more. Has anyone found such a toaster that they would recommend please? :cool:0 -

I guess I could try. Not sure if I want order from other day noticed that was massively discounted.
I know I am a wuss. :rotfl:
See how I feel later. I was expecting to pay £4 when the boost codes came off, ended paying £18. :eek:0 -
Finally managed to log in! Had to connect my Facebook though, I could have sworn I knew my password
Reserved a couple of printers in the Argos BF, just have to decide which one to go for, both Canon Pixma, but the more expensive one has separate ink cartridges and I seem to be able to get them cheaper.
Crazy, we have two laser printers, one of which is awaiting repair but we don't want to spend a lot on it yet until we really have the money spare. It is a good printer with a good stock of toner in it so is worth it, but we can't get hold of Epsom to confirm the problem! We do not want to spend the money then find out we were wrong.
So we have gone with a printer/scanner. We need a new scanner anyway and it seems to be at least as cheap to buy an all in one unit. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

It's basically a dongle thing that you can plug in to the side of your telly.
You use your mobile phone as a remote control for it. Here's how I use mine:
I play something on Netflix, iPlayer or NowTV on my phone, then there's a wee button to press on the screen which "casts" what I'm watching to my telly when the Chromecast is plugged in. You can also cast YouTube videos as well.
It needs wireless to work, and if you don't have a USB port on your telly it also needs to be plugged in to the mains.
Thanks for the description mooomin:T Im not technical and like many others I don't know what all these gadgets are for, I get caught up in the hype and don't know why im suppose to get excited!! but now I think I understand this...... if not i'll shout for help later;)0
