Forgot to say, the only major streaming service I've found that doesn't work with Chromecast is Amazon's Prime streaming. It's a royal PITA.
Amazon want you to buy their FireTV instead which is £70. Mr Mooo is trying to work out a way round it for me.
Do you happen to know if it would work with SkyGo please? I'm thinking probably not? Tia...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

Good morning everyone.
Just been looking at the black Friday deals and nothing take my fancy. Syill in my PJs unpacking the Xmas decs.
I also need a laptop and have no idea type to go for. Needs to be suitable for 11 year old for school/homework/games/internet browsing, etc. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks0 -
Good Black Friday to all.
Could one of the computing experts tell me if an Ipad Mini 16GB for £149 is a good deal? Also, is the Toshiba Satellite C50D-B, 15.6" Laptop, AMD A4, 8GB RAM, 1TB - Black any good for £249. Both on Tesco.com but I have no idea what is good and what is not. Please and thanks.
I did a lot of research before I bought my laptop earlier in the year I was advised to go with a good processor even if it had less RAM.
From memory AMD was not recommended I eventually went for a Intel Core i5 processor with 4GB RAM.
There are some sites you can compare processors to see how that one would fair mimi but don't ask me to remember what they are called, Google would probably be your friend.0 -
I saw a screenshot on some deal.....someone got it to work!
Maybe have to go into basket in a specific order??0 -

Mimi, we bought DS a satellite a while back that we thought was a good deal.
It didn't have a dvd drive tray thingy  it just looked like it had one, meant it was useless for what he wanted it for.
It's probably completely irrelevant to what you wanted to know but just thought I'd warn you to checkHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

Credit card stopped for suspected fraud
Man from the bank read out a lovely list of transactions from Quidco bonus retailers which I confirmed.
I'm released back in to the wild to spend again now :rotfl::rotfl:
:rotfl: I had the same issue. I was quite glad my bank checked though'I solemnly swear that I am up to no good'0 -

I am thinking probably I would have needed to spend more, think it may have worked if my balance left to pay was £50 or more?
I spent £80 so 25% automatic got knocked off bringing it down to £60 I then put £10 code in balance showed £50, then 10% code took off £6 balance showed £44.
As soon as I put a £10 boost code in got the message about the invalid code and balance went up to £45. The 10% code reduced to £5 and it reduced £1 further every £10 boost I put in.0
