Bless you nanny...that has happened to us with a dear friend of my parents who lives abroad....we received a card a few years back saying they were "not well" and then nothing for 2 years even though we still sent the card we sadly assumed that they had passed and as we were not that close in terms of their family letting us know ....and then last year a card arrived from the friend as if nothing had happened...I have to admit its a very strange feeling and I can understand the need for a brandy....sip it and reflect x

Phew stopped myself from going for a DTD this morning on those Devils on horsebacks. SEL didn't show they were in 2 for £5 offer only £4.99 each and they were all marked with the offer stickers. But something told me I should check online first to make sure and it has been corrected online to include them.

Has anyone been caught out instore with the pork joints or were Loin/Shoulder/Leg flashed with the offer anyway, despite online saying the offer started yesterday?

    Many thanks

    A v M Womble today

    Cadbury's Fingers 114g are 2 for £1.60 in M aren't they?
Another one the main store I used on Monday shows, but the one I used on Wednesday doesn't:mad::rotfl:.

I've just checked from Google and found Cadburys Finger's 125g:(. Apparently only available in Aldi and 114g 'everywhere else'. (I reckon not on the first point.) So - yet another downsizing it seems:(. Showing 89p:eek: on t.com (I stumbled onto there first) but £1.39 for T on msm - I am right to say not comparing vs 89p for T on the APG?

Of course not the glitch on the tins that we had the other year and, given now 114g and not 125g, am I now going to be saying avoid? I think it was the risk of the M mbuy not showing on the APG that caused me to leave them off the M list, as well as, possibly, M's offer being too pricey and given weight reduction. The 4 pack of Mini Fingers was considered by me recently - it was £1 in M (probably not any longer!) but I see that is slightly more expensive by weight than 2 for £1.60 price on the 114g. Now £1 vs Sains (4 pack mini). Or maybe 2 vs 2 for £2 T. Any version of Cadbury's Fingers is an expensive way of buying chocolate in any event:rotfl:. 70-odd p per 100g. I think I'll have S/P Milk Chocolate Bar 100g at 30p (27p vs T or M) instead:laugh:.
