Hiya, a quick question to the oracle that is the elite.
I was rearended today, I have a whiplash injury and my car is drivable but damaged. Other person has taken full responsibility.
Should I claim through my insurance or theirs?
I have spoken to mine who will see about fixing the car but not the neck injury as I didnt take out legal cover.
The other person is talking to their insurer right now and Im waiting for a call from them. Will they take the neck injury on board?
Sorry to hear about your accident, hope your ok xrhosynbach wrote: »evening all xx

Hopepray, look after yourself, it is a horrible thing to have happen. Hope you are OK.
Do you have any legal cover under your household or any other insurance? They may be able to advise/help you pursue a claim.
Stopped of in Ms on the way home and have just devoured a whole tub of extremely lovely olives . I chose them because they were long dated :rotfl:
