    Thanks Enterprise,
I have been to hospital and also have a police incident no.
I have spoken to my insurance and they will fix my car with no penalty on my NCB. But not the injury.
They have left it with me to choose, my insurance or theirs?

OK, that's a strange one! You say you have not got legal cover, but are you in the RAC, they sometimes have that sort of cover, or do you have a bank account with that sort of cover?

Really do not know which way I would go on that one, everything shouts go with the other person's insurance as they will want to protect their behinds, but your insurance will obviously have your interests in mind. Think you need to clarify things with your insurers, why did they give you the choice.

Hiya, a quick question to the oracle that is the elite.
I was rearended today, I have a whiplash injury and my car is drivable but damaged. Other person has taken full responsibility.
Should I claim through my insurance or theirs?
I have spoken to mine who will see about fixing the car but not the neck injury as I didnt take out legal cover.
The other person is talking to their insurer right now and Im waiting for a call from them. Will they take the neck injury on board?

Hi hopepray, as enterprise said you have to inform your insurance as let them handle the case as there is something about you not having the same rights if you don't, you will be able to claim for the neck injury through the other parties insurance, my DD had the same happen to her and was awarded around £1300, hope the pain is bareable :)

Does anyone know how long it takes Ts to boost for F&F please.

I have managed to use the unique code they gave me with my grocery order for £10 off £50 and another 10% one they emailed me that looks unique too so check your emails. And the 25% off everything automatic discount has come off got an £80 order down to £44. :D

Didn't want to spend too much more on the credit card so thought would boost.
