Was in a Car crash Accident today involving 4 cars?

I would say that you still need to make sure Churchill are aware that she wasn't the driver and that it was in fact her boyfriend. It sounds like she is trying to cover up the fact that he was driving her car with her permission but without insurance.
I had an incident where a neighbour hit my car whilst he was driving his mums motability car. I went straight to his mums insurers and they got my car fixed AND provided me with a courtesy car within a couple of days.
I think Churchill will be more accommodating than you give them credit for, partly because you're panicking about your own no claims. Just speak to them and you're fine.
Why cause a load of misery and messing about for yourself? If Churchill contact the OP now and say "what can we do to help you?" why bother causing a load of satellite issues and giving them cause to start making indemnity enquiries.0 -
Update: The female policy holder has registered her claim with churchill this morning. She told them she admitted liability and she gave me her claim reference number. So i guess its sorted then?0

I'm with Onan on this one. The Third Party have contacted their own Insurers and admitted they or their driver was at fault.
Cnntact Churchill as soon as possible. Give them the salient details relating to the claim. Answer any questions they pose honestly. If their insured has admitted liability, Churchill in all likelihood will deal with your claim directly. They will deal with the repairs to your vehicle at no cost to yourself. They will provide a hire vehicle from one of their providers as well. It is in their interest to deal with your claim as swiftly and efficiently as possible to keep their costs down.0 -
You're better off contacting them directly to deal with it, not a claims management company - they will bend over backwards to sort you out simply to avoid the claims management fees they would otherwise pay.
You're slightly over thinking it, just contact them and they'll direct you as to how to proceed.
And for what it's worth i'd drop in the fact it was a 'him' driving then the policy holder came to deal with it after - simply because if he wasn't insured i'd want them both to learn a hard lesson. The insurer would be forced to payout on the claim anyway. Nothing to worry about if he was named, if he wasn't then no sympathy here.
I suspect though the police will also go round for a statement and if they lie will smell it.0 -
I have right of way
Right of way is not something you've got but something you are given.
The highway code informs...The rules in The Highway Code do not give you the right of way in any circumstance, but they advise you when you should give way to others.

I would avoid getting into mentioning the driver was male unless asked.
There are ways the Insurer can avoid being statutory Insurer so it can open up a can of worms. At the very least they generally put everything on hold while they investigate with their client (Generally requiring written correspondence from their client and Churchill are not quick at dealing with post).
Churchill are fairly frequent visitors to court to make stands on points of law. If you can avoid the matter without miss leading them I would especially as the OP does not seem to confident of dealing with the other Insurer0 -
