What about involving a no win no fee accident management company that does all the work for me? I don't think I have the legal expertise and the time to do all the work myself.

Such companies will only take cases on where they are pretty confident of a win, and the resulting fees. As it stands, you don't appear to have any of the third party driver's details, other than the car he was in.
I'd contact the other party's insurers as already advised and get the ball rolling. If you've been hit by an uninsured driver, then you're unfortunately in for a lengthy battle.
Too late now, but did you really save much by going for TPFT instead of fully comp cover? These days there's hardly any difference in premiums.

TPFT insurance doesn't allow YOU to claim for YOUR damage from YOUR insurance. That's the difference to fully comp.

So you have to go direct to their insurer - and, yes, ring 'em and say "Ms X of 41 Y St is your policy holder for Toyota Celica AB51CDE, which hit my car. Mr Z was the driver and admitted liability at the scene." They'll take it from there.

The fun will start if they deny liability to their insurer...

If there's any doubt about liability, then involving an AMC stands the chance of landing you with a VERY large car hire bill. If there's no doubt, then an AMC don't add anything over going direct to their insurer.

Sorry what does AMC stand for?

I do have the female policy holder name and address details and she said shes insured with Churchill.

Post #10 earlier in this thread said that the insurer Churchill is legally responsible so hopefully it wont be a lengthy battle.

Only if they are liable, it maybe your fault.

Like I said earlier its not my fault because driver admitted liability cause its clear that I had right of way and there's witnesses (owners of the other 2 parked up cars) saying he admitted liability to them as well.

They wont help at all even though it wasn't my fault. Cant my insurance company pay up and recover the costs from the other insurer?

Yes if you have fully comp insurance

So I just give Churchill the reg number of the Toyota and that will bring up all the insurance details of the female policyholder? Churchill wont say rubbish like data protection laws cant share information of policyholder?

Will Churchill pay out for my car cause her boyfriend was driving her car that wasn't in his name? The girl is liable because she gave permission for the boyfriend to drive it unless he stole it? So how does it work and who's liable and is Churchill responsible for a situation like this?

It is entirely possible that he wasn't insured on her policy and was driving under a clause on his own policy.

In that case you will have to claim against that policy. It is also possible that he isn't insured at all.

Whether his story changes by the time it reaches his insurers is another question...

These are the "Ambulance Chasers" I referred to.

If it is 110% the fault of the other party, you have a nice expensive injury that is very difficult to dispute, you have 10 witnesses not inside your car, and a video, then they will help you.

If it is likely to be a 50-50 claim or involve work for them with the slightest chance of not getting a fat cut, they won't help you.
I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....
