    It was observed by someone else, but it does become apparent why your employer wouldn't wish to speak to you. You really are a patronising g*t. Especially for someone who was deleting their account and never posting again yesterday.


    So good luck "hunny", "ducky" or whatever - see you back in six months just as you have been in the past. When I won't be helping you and I suspect a lot of others won't be either.


    By the way - there is no European court of rights, and the court of HUMAN rights has nothing at all to do with employment. So I may know what they do or don't do - you don't have a clue. But yes, you are correct - you are wrong. It takes YEARS to get a ruling through the European courts, and the ruling referred to was talking about RECENT years accrued leave - not years back.
