last time I spoke was dec 2013,i am currently off sick, now the company has been sold off march 2014,but im now on there books, but this year as on esa benefit I was signed off at a dwp medical.
They have been informed, but fail to ignore all letters, emails or call backs, ive only had one email which was from a director whom I knew and wanted proof of my medical,as maybe they thought I was lieing.
Im sure I will lose out on holiday and any contractual notice im owed.
  • I'd go to hr and talk to them, tell them you aren't getting a response

As far as I'm aware there is not any human resources at this new company, the last hr from previous left over a year ago,
  • But what exactly do you need them to say? You are "sure" you will lose out on holiday (but haven't?) and any contractual notice due (have you been dismissed?). In other words you are guessing, because none of these things have happened. This doesn't really make an issue - there is no law that says an employer must answer you. So what exactly do you want from them?

Why hasn't the issue be dealt with ? When they have sufficient evidence,I just want closure.

If you want closure you should resign. Then if they do not pay up within a reasonable time you can take them to tribunal.

I imagine the reason they do not respond is that you never make it clear what you actually want.

But what exactly do you mean by closure?
You are probably not getting replies because they are unsure of what it is you are asking them for?
Are you asking them if you they are dismissing you because of long term sickness or just that they acknowledge you are on long term sick leave?

I would go to the company in person and INSIST that I won't be going until I have spoken to someone about it. At least that way, I would be more upto date on why they aren't returning my calls.
