That would just leave the administrator of the estate to make a claim , maybe they would be willing to help now.
This has gone round the same circle, the new owner issue came up last time so is not new.
Untill there is dialog with the company nothing will happen.
Going over holiday and notice again is just wasting everyone's time as that has not changed0 -
It's only wasting time if it's your time, no one tell any one to comment on anything
All I was asking was about the notice I have to give that is all,I am not bothered if it's paid or not,0 -
Op have you been in and tried speaking to them....you obviously are not getting anywhere by phone. How long do you want this to go on for? You need to start being proactive and put this issue out of its misery once and for all, maybe a good idea to take someone with you who will be able to articulate on your behalf.0

They will not reply by letter or by phone,I briefly had a email by a ex director who knew me,after I emailed the company direct on a Facebook page, all I stated was I wish to speak to someone regarding my current status in this new company.
My ex director asked how I was and I told him,I had been signed off by health practitioner he wanted proof, which I sent by recorded and heard no more.0 -
Forget phone, email text and blumin Facebook, they are obviously not interested in you and your issues so you need to be going down there and insisting all issues on either side are dealt with.0

In that case, just send in your notice in writing by recorded delivery. With however many weeks you like - pick a number. If you're not going to be paid for it because your sick pay has run out, then it really makes no odds either way. And if they want to query anything then they'll have to get in touch to ask.
Or stay as you are now.
Whichever you prefer. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
What sick pay I've never had any,0

If the company has a head office, it has an HR function.
Any notice period is almost certainly academic - you’ve not worked there for ages; they will probably be delighted to no longer have a contract of employment with you.0 -
No HR I know of,did have at the last company, the present one I'm not sure of,I have addressed letters to hr c/o (the company name) but heard nothing as i have stated and that was months ago.0
