Ok let's put this a plain as I can,
1,Am I entitled to any holiday money owed,as on the books or if I am dismissed.
2,IF and this is a big if,I give in my notice (currently sixteen years employed) do I have to give sixteen weeks notice ? Under this contractual notice period,as I don't understand this.
3,If the employer get shot of me,what would I be owed holiday etc
Now I can not put it as simple as that, once I know I will leave you all alone and may request of delete account.
Thank you,0 -
If you don't like what I'm saying please do not comment,it will only ruin my original thread.
People are going to give you good advice, they are not going to just tel you what you like to hear.
You need to get your facts straight, you are changing your story, being vague, and come across like you are trying to hide something.
As others have said, you've posted about this same issue for years now, ignore good advice, disappear, and then get stroppy, as above. You can't act like this and then dictate how people react to it.
Why don't you answer questions act n advice given, and stop asking the same thing over and over again?0 -
I know you can't get a company to terminate you unless you hand in your notice.
They have had letter after letter, including my medical,I do know the underlying problem,it's money and they don't want to pay out,so ignoring is there way of avoiding,
Some may agree or not,
I take it they havent been paying accrued holiday ? As a company we pay it monthly at the rate of 1.5 days a month , because we find it easier to deal with
You should be getting paid holiday pay while you are off sick , but apparently you have to request it

I suspect they either dont know the law or are hoping you dontVuja De - the feeling you'll be here later0 -
Please stop going over old posts, this is a different ball game now, that was with a different employer,if you have been reading they have been taken over.
James b,I will ask nicely don't comment on my post ,you clearly don't like it so why bother.
If people can just answer the post I put up a hour ago that would be good other wise, please don't make this post any worse than it already looks.
Thank you
To the holiday question no I have not been paid anything nor sick pay,as I've requested holiday and it keeps being ignored !!!0 -

Holidays accrue and carry over the employee should not be forced to take pay for them while sick.0 -

Not with this company you can't ! Two human resources, three managers oh and been sold out all in three years,0 -
Ok so I will be owed my holiday pay either way,so that's the end of that aspect of the post.
Next this contractual notice I need help with, anyone ?0 -
do not comment on any thing i post,i am not a idiot as your making me come across,
I'm not able to influence how you come across, I can only respond to you.
Anyway, back to the point, you have had your answers, repeatedly. You are owed nothing, you can demand nothing, and your employer does not have to let you go. As above, they can simply leave you as you are forever (well, until you die, which one day is inevitable).
I understand that you prefer not to believe this, but that's all that you can be told.
Would you prefer that we invented things that sound nicer?0
