,there hr don't like answering letter etc,get some ex director (from old comp) to mail me,who also ignores you,when you ask questions,if I resign I get sod all,it I stay on there books until I'm dead I get sod all,if they finish me in Heath grounds,I get sod all and that's that,

The reason "we" are going around in circles (again) is because you keep on ignoring any and all advice on the basis that "it won't work", don't give any information asked of you, and have a tantrum when you don't get told whatever it is that you want to be told. You are also really good at deciding what people have told you even when they haven't said that.
The reason they haven't "finished you" is exactly because you would then get notice pay and holiday pay accrued. As you have already been told two pages ago. But they do not have to finish you. Beyond that, yes, you are entitled to "sod all". Why do you think it would be otherwise? You haven't been in work, it seems, for years, so what is it that you think an employer should owe you? You have been asked this repeatedly and you still do not answer. If we cannot get an answer from you, and we ARE answering you and we ARE asking you what you want, then it leaves some doubt as to what the employer thinks you want when you seem to have simply told them to contact you. Why should they? What is in it for them?0 -
Whatever happened to be kind, everyone you meet is fighting a battle in their way so lets be respectful. Leedash, I wouldn't let this put you of - just try somewhere the CAB regardless of whether your eloquently spoken or not, hopefully someone can help and show some empathy, hope you get sorted buddy x0

I appreciate OP has ended the subject and is no longer interested in anyone's views, but for others who may be in a similar position..
If I was OP, I would put in a holiday request following the company's procedure for requesting such a holiday. So, if I am supposed to address this to my manager and HR in writing, I would send them both an email requesting 15 to 19 December 2014 as annual leave. I may even go so far as confirming to them that "whilst I am currently on long term sick leave, I understand my entitlement to annual leave continues to accrue. I would therefore like to take the week above as annual leave and receive my usual remuneration. I look forward to hearing from you with confirmation that I will receive one week's pay on [DATE] and will be provided with a payslip through the post/by email. I would also be grateful if you could confirm how much leave I have currently accrued so that I may look to take more leave, as my ill health permits."
That would make them take action as you are costing them money, which they are clearly and understandably trying to avoid. The other point to note is that the accrual of annual leave does not go on for ever - the European courts have suggested that it must be taken within a reasonable time (12-15 months) from the end of the leave year in which it should have been taken. So use it or lose it.0 -

Another not user you can not leave it alone can you hunny,we all know the European court of rights change the rules every week,quote me if I'm wrong they were only saying about people claiming holiday from years back,like I've said this subject is done,I've contact acas been advised what to do,I will do it and see what happens.
