  • Good morning Money savers,
I had a spend of £22.40 yesterday at L*dl and this included cat litter, toilet roll, milk, eggs etc...the essentials. OH has to take food to work but we have enough in the cupboards and freezer to see us through for a bit.

    Have a great weekend. :)

My ds who's 7 and his bff love nothing more than ham egg and chips for tea. Such an easy thing but sure most kids would never have had it these days.
I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

Went to Lidl yesterday and stocked up on veg and essentials. I did stick so well to the list that I forgot the milk I hadn't written on it, lol. I have to get petrol today and will have to get a bottle then....

Just been to Lidl to do most of the Christmas grocery shop. I have updated my total in my sig - I still have to go to Sainsburys to pick up milk, cream and the odd bits that I couldn't get this morning, and pick up and pay for the meat at the butchers. I shall probably go a bit over my target :o but hopefully not by too much.

Confession time on Tuesday after I have been to the butchers

Think I've now finished the christmas shopping with a spend of about £28. Hoping not to go shopping again until new year!

  • Kids must all be home. This morning discovered, no milk, eggs, bread etc. Called into S bugs after Church event and relieved myself of £57. Gots loads and loads of chicken on YS. Will do loads of meals over next few weeks. All in freezer.Have now got bread, milk of all colours and eggs. Should now be OK up to Tuesday and Mr T order.

Good news is DD cleaned whilst I was out. xx Got to love her.
  • Hi all, NSD for me today! Think we're going to the shops tomorrow to finish off the grocery shopping!
