    Yes me too, after 4pm.

One that was switched but not funded for a few days is 35 days after the switch day.

Other was switched and funded same day 33 days ago.

Another one paid today - again quite late in the day, and around 33 days from the deposit.

Four payments, four accounts to use for another switch as yet to be decided.

Thanks for all the fish, Yorkshire, but apart from the free money it's not been a good experience and I won't be sorry to see the accounts go elsewhere.

It has been 35 days since my switch too. As I remember from my previous £150, the payment credited after 4pm on the 33rd day. Somebody posted on here last week to say their 3rd March switch date resulted in a payment on 8th April. My switch was 10th March so I am hoping my payment will be made today (or tomorrow) after 4pm.

As expected, my £150 was received after 4pm yesterday. :)

    2 more paid yesterday
£47605.33 outstanding in C.C (£8000 Interest free till January 2025)
  • Afternoon all - just posting to say that my first switch incentive has been received today - I checked about an hour ago and nothing, then read the above post mentioning it usually being credited after 4pm and decided to check again and there it was! :rotfl:

    Switch date was 12/03/15
£1000 was credited in several smaller amounts but reached on 16/03/15
    Paid £150: 14/04/15

I make that 32 days from switch date but 28 days from £1000 fully deposited. Still waiting for 2 more

My second one has been paid sometime this morning (switched 13/03/15 - £1000 paid 16/03/15) :D

    £150 credited.

    Switch date: 10th March
    £1000 paid in: 30th March
Incentive received: 14th April so exactly 5 weeks/35 days from switch date

I'm guessing it automatically credits in 5 weeks from the switch date and not when the £1000 is paid in as long as the £1000 was paid within the first 30 days.

Just registering for internet banking.... never seen a more stupid list of questions for "secret words"... put "steak" as favourite meal... word is too short.... but you asked me for my favourite meal!! !!!!!!! Scratches head... can't choose "curry" either!! I guess I can't choose "ET" for favourite film... ;-)

Can I clarify something... I think I've done something silly. In the sign on process I think I asked for an overdraft... I got the paperwork through and it looks like they charge you for the facility even if you don't use it. Is that right? Do I need an overdraft to get the free £150? If not I think I have 14 days to cancel the overdraft.

    Which account have you opened?

You do not need an overdraft or overdraft facility to get the £150 - so ring them up and cancel it immediately! No bank can force you to have an overdraft although some may offer it as part of the account opening process.
