Going back a few years, I was looking for a Mondeo or similar sized car. I sat in a Vectra and couldnt wait to get back out. Seats were not comfortable and the dash just made me think gloomy plastic dungeon.

Maybe early Vectra owners were into the dark arts? Vampire wannabe's, Or into torture and dungeons?

That's an interesting viewpoint. I must admit, I find Ford interiors to be very cheap feeling.

I've not been in a Vectra since I passed my test so I am not sure what they're like but I'm definitely going to take time to find the right car. I can use my wifes C4 Picasso for a short time if need be and have asked for donations towards a car for Christmas off my family so may even be able to increase my budget slightly.
