Do you find petrol stations horrible places?

Options
I don't know if it's just me, but I absolutely hate going to petrol stations. The spending money but doesn't bother me.

The pumps are either so slow, the cashier takes ages to authorise your pump or it's just a weird atmosphere in there.

    Try a different petrol station.

I can't say I've ever had a great time at one but neither have I had the sort of issues you report.

    Yes it is just you.
If that's all you have to moan about then you ought to get a life, or at least a different petrol station. You don't go to petrol stations for the social atmosphere or the fine dining.
If it is not to your liking then go elsewhere.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.

Our local Sainsburys and Asda both now give you the chance to pay at the pump so perhaps you should try them ,never need to go into the kiosk again!
Regarding the pumps being slow I have found if I use the extended
lengh ones then they are definitely slower than the standard lengh ones.

haha I've got a motorbike and they seem to refuse to activate pumps before I remove the helmet. Comical really, especially since my tank can hold about 10 quid maximum!
  • No - my two local BP ones are good. One has a mini-M&S, the other has friendly staff and is well stocked and clean.

That's why I always use my local Morrisons or Asda with Pay at Pump, never had to take mine off.

    Its just you.

I have some worries but going to a petrol station isnt amongst them
  • Use "Pay At The Pump" stations like Tesco. No unpleasant human interaction ....
I am a cow so cannot speak Bullshine but I do recognise its smell when I come upon it.
