  • £7 paid into saving account today. SO set up to pay £7 per week every Monday.

Do I need to register each payment using the form or wait until the end of each month?
  • Wow, there's a fair few of us doing this now. Should be a nice total amount saved up by us all next Christmas.

Useless now, I guess as long as you are tracking how much you are saving then one update a month would be fine (I'm doing a monthly transfer on payday so only updating monthly) but you could do the form once a week if you preferred. Not sure it matters as long as MCF is updated somehow :)

Just added our first contribution to the pot... £62 in for December.
    :j

Have submitted the form but I hope it is okay (not really technically minded).
    :)

Hello Stewby! Well done for doing such a great amount already. That's fantastic :p. I got the form no bother and everything has been updated.
    May I join please?
I'm not sure if what I will save will be for Christmas next year,as I'm saving for a car.
Would it also be okay if I put more than just £1 when I can afford it? Thank you.

Not a problem. Welcome to the lovely thread. As you can see from today's posts it's going to be a busy little place. I have added you onto the list of members on the first page aswell as the spreadsheet.

If you can afford to do more than £1 it's no problem. How much you save is upto you and whatever amount is fantastic. :D

    Morning all, and happy December!
My tin is on £3 and I shall be aiming for £31 by the end of the month.
However- is is ok to be down some months and up others, so long as the end total is £365?

Bex, there is no set limit. The aim is for £365 by next year however this is an expensive time of year for all so a few people might be running behind. You can choose how much you save and when, as long as you let me know via the update sheet :rotfl:

Hello uselessnow. Well done for potting the first week. It probably makes things easier for me if you do a monthly update at the end of each month so the total is nice and clear to understand :D

I can't believe how many people have come on to say they have saved on the first day. I'm just delighted! :D

Well done to everyone. Fantastic work.

Spreadsheet and members list updated. I did my online transfer in my phone for the first time as it took me about 5 seconds. Simples :rotfl:

Keep going and well done again :)
