Hi. I just have a quick question. Do 'alleged debts' that are in dispute show up on your credit report?Instigated terrorism the road to dictatorship.0

Do 'alleged debts' that are in dispute show up on your credit report?
If the alleged debt associated with a credit account e.g. mobile phone, credit card, catalogue account etc.
If so, then more than likely it's shown on the balance of your credit account.
Having a debt is not necessarily bad e.g. credit card debt is fine providing your keeping up with the payments.
It's only missed payments that are bad, so there is "good" and "bad" debt.0 -

Normally a link is created when you tell a lender that you have changed address or when you include more than one address on a credit card application. So far, so good. This doesn't explain how your mother's account got there though!
I would contact the CRA concerned right away. The agency will contact the organisation(s) that provided the data and delete the account.People who don't know their rights, don't actually have those rights.0 -

Experian have a special form for applying for your credit report if you are a sole trader.
Equifax don't seem to have this. If you want a report on your Business address and you are a self employed sole trader, how do you obtain a report on your Business/Office address through Equifax. Can you just use the regular form?0 -

Re: J Bloggs
We would like to confirm that your request regarding the addition of a Notice of Disassociation to your report has been actioned, and we confirm that we have amended our records accordingly.
This simply means that no financial information relating to the above individual will now appear on your Credit Report, and vice versa.
ok, so this is the reply i got- i assume it means my mums account will be removed from my file? i havent got an alert to say there has been a change

If you ring the agency quoting the reference number and date of your credit report, staff may be able to confirm this over the phone for youPeople who don't know their rights, don't actually have those rights.0
