Oh Lucky I am sorry I haven't been round much. Very restricted time on internet but I get my new laptop today so you will see as lot more of me.

I hope you get some help tomorrow at the doctor. It sounds like you need a holiday but without all the stress of preparing for it and then having everyone with you. I wish I could magic one up for you.

Afternoon all, lovely to have so many visitors!

Slept well last night and have kept myself busy today. DS2 had his haircut early doors and then we all went swimming. DS1 is now playing football at the park with his friends and DS2 and I are going to make some Spiderman cakes with a pack mix that he conned me into . It was only £1 though.

Spiderman cakes were actually really nice! I've had two but they are very small .

Gained 1.5lbs at chub club. It's no surprise really, I've spent the week either not eating anything, or eating a pile of junk .

DH hasn't been great today. Angry outbursts and lots of forgetfulness. Things like pausing a film that he is watching to go to the toilet and then disappearing upstairs for 20 minutes because he's got involved in something else, before coming back down and wondering who had been watching something on the tv and had paused it. He'd been watching it for over an hour but had instantly forgotten. He also had a go at DS2 for dropping crumbs as he had 'just hoovered', but he hasn't touched the hoover today. He's super tired today too, and I'm wondering if a seizure is building or if he is coming down with something.

Sorry to hear it's been a bit of a rocky day with DH. Hope tomorrow is better for you sweetheart.

1.5lbs is literally nothing.. just be glad it isn't the 1.5 stone I managed to put on in a matter of weeks, imagine if went to your chub club, I'd be sacked :rotfl:

PS: Luca had another hot choc today. Fat daddy didn't. He wants to make one of them tomorrow as a milkshake - not sure if possible but we will try it out! He also found out that the little pieces are nice to eat by themself!! He had Hector close by again all day and has him on the window ledge behind the bed at night x

Thinking of you this morning.... I hope your GP listens and makes a plan that you feel comfortable with.

I agree with all the others, being in the same GP practice and sharing husbands Gp would be good

I am another who thinks you are awesome and don't know how you manage everything.

It's time to focus on you, as we all need to take care of ourselves to enable us to take care of others x

Thank you both. GP was lovely. Gave me antidepressants as they are good at controlling physical anxiety symptoms apparently, and she also gave me a phone number to arrange counselling to see if I could get it quicker than through Carer's Centre. They are testing me for IBS, but it could just be anxiety linked. Got to keep my 9th March appt and use it to review how I'm feeling.

Just taken my first tablet and now I'm anxious that I'm going to have horrible side effects .
