That's what my DH said Levi! My DS2 turned 5 last month, so he is very much in the age bracket too. So funny how they already have 'roles' - peace keeper, leader, naughty ringleader etc.

Yep! There was a little girl who also looked a LOT older. I'm guessing they are all from the same year but different ends of it! And I guess it is a year when they change a lot.
That little girl Skyler is going to be a diva in a few years!!

LOL at the girl who said "good girl for sharing" to her. Cute!

Lol Levi, there is a 'little' boy in DS2's reception class who towers above everyone like that!

Just catching up lovely lady :grouphug: I'm sorry I haven't been around..... life is hectic but I know you "get" it.

Please do not let your life and the little luckie's Lives be a prisoner to you anxiety. Anxiety is amongst one of my hardest daily challenges and I wouldn't wish it on anyone BUT you cope with so very much on a day to day bases you can kick it's @r£$ no questions. Honestly. YOU can do this and we will all be here holding your hand, cheering you on.

Tips,

break down everything in to manageable chunks, assess what is "normal" anxiety and what is above and beyond. Then make your
plans.

count to 10, listen to your breathing, jump up and down or what ever helps you. we are not all the same. I love elastic bands, I ping the heck out of them when my heart starts racing and the short sharp shock pain brings me back down.

be honest with yourself and keep talking, it really does help.

have reachable expectations, we often joke about being superhuman but no amount of underwear over our jeans make us any more like wonder woman then the next. If you can't manage to juggle it all then it is because you are juggling too much not because you can't juggle.

be kind to yourself Lucky
