6 months?!? I did not realise they had a use by date. I've definitely got some older than your DS2 Lucky :rotfl:
I have been a miserable moo all day and I am firmly blaming other people. It really ISN'T us!!
Yay for weight loss. Wondering if DH may still go up next week, delayed reaction plus new tablets. Hope it doesn't upset him if so..
Big hugs! xxx

Jinx Lilt I've just been posting on your diary while you were posting on mine! Seems we have both had a challenging evening with wee ones! And we've had *ahem* temperament issues. We are the same person today!! XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

I've been lurking for a long time but everyone else said it all much better than I could have. But re bras - please why does no-one produce an everyday bra that does what it is supposed to do? I mean great have a bra for uplift etc for evening wear, but please can we have an engineeringly correct bra for everyday wear. For those of you who do not know the first bra was designed by an engineer. I am really fed up with bras that do not do the job they were designed for. In the normal bra, the bra strap used to come up from the nipple to take the weight. If anyone knows of one that does that now please oh please let me know. If they were designed properly we would not have half the back problems we do.0

Patanne, you are so right! I hadn't noticed before but all my bras have straps that start below the shoulder if you see what I mean! Very much fashion over practicality if that's not the way they were designed (which I never knew!). Thanks for coming out of lurkdom!
So no surprises that DS2 is off poorly today. We have a Drs appointment at 10am because he was THAT poorly first thing (well since 3am truth be told). Of course, now the calpol and the knowledge of him being off school have kicked in, he's perked up a little!! He has an awful cough, sore throat, swollen red eyelid, feels sick, has a temperature, won't eat or drink, totally listless and is white as a sheet bless him. DH slept like a log all night and had no clue that I was up and down all night and eventually brought him into our bed. He (DH) has now gone off swimming with Paramedic Mate, who had text yesterday and offered to take him with him this morning, but DH declined as we were going to the gym. Now that is off the table, DH asked if he could still join him and they left a little while ago. I'm pleased he gets to do something nice but it's ruined my planned NSD :rotfl:.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Morning PLMBL
Your Ds sounds really poorly. Poor boy. Hope the Dr was able to prescribe something to make him feel a little better.
Nice that Dh got to go swimming with his mate last minute, bums to the NSD, but at least he will be happy and also out from under your feet
Try and have a nap with Ds today, if you get run down you will catch it too. xxxx0 -
Thanks Steph! GP was surprised to find no swollen tonsils and a clear chest on DS2. Said she was assuming tonsillitis or a chest infection but no signs of either. It could be that it is just early days and more signs will appear, in which case I have to take him to walk-in-centre over the weekend, or he just has one of the nasty bugs flying around and he will get better through comfort care alone. He is definitely better than he was first thing this morning and has 'forced himself' to have a few chocolate buttons XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

These colds are awful. My DM has only just got her energy back from the one she had before Christmas. It's definitely a nasty one and I think nearly everyone is getting at least a small dose of it.
I hope DS2 gets over it quickly and you manage to keep away from it. My manager said there is a nasal spray called f!rst Defence and it costs about £7 but she swears by it. The moment you feel a bit of a tickle in your nose or if you are around sick people then use it. I haven't tried it as I had everything one after the other :rotfl:
Hope today is a good day.

Sorry to hear your little'un is poorly. Most people I know are saying it takes 3 weeks to clear this latest bug. Hope he feels better soon.
Re the bra sell by date apparently that's when they start to lose their support. Everyone I've given this information to has had the same reaction as you lot. In an ideal world maybeI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
