Sorry to hear you're feeling shattered. Have you been stuck in the house all week. I'm assuming you've been in too much pain to go and help at the food bank? Bet you're ready for a bit of company aren't you. xx0

Luckily was not on rota for this week.
Other than the pain it is the difficulty in moving about which causes the problems.
I am bent over like a much older person when I move & very slow.

Although the pain is not great its more the lack of mobility that gets me & daft things like not being able to empty the cat litter or move even a wee box of cat food.
 But I now have smarties :j :j
For a moment there Beanie I thought those were the same thing we were talking about. (Laughing at the wording, rather than the subject - for that you get a virtual hug)

In other news once I start to feel more like myself I really do need to get on to the task of looking for a chair more suited to my needs.
I have fallen twice this week trying to get off the sofa.

What sort are you looking for Beanie? Do you need one of those that sort of stand you, or just a decent chair that you can get out of easily. I think sofas are rubbish these days. They're made for lying on, not sitting on, no wonder we've all got bad backs. x0

A decent chair to get out of easily/more easily.
The sofa I currently use is 18 years old & now past its best.
The one I bought 4 years ago is just dire.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. I agree that sofas are rubbish, you need to be an athlete to get up from one and they don't support your back very well. A good upright chair with arms is much easier to get out of.Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally
