    I agree that sofas are rubbish, you need to be an athlete to get up from one and they don't support your back very well. A good upright chair with arms is much easier to get out of.

    I can't even sit on the sofas at my niece's house, they are so low I'd need a crane to get me out :eek:

    Hurray for smarties - we’re they orange ones.

    You're right Teapot, they're so low and so deep, anybody who isn't 6' tall has to sit with their legs dangling or needs to slouch down so their feet can touch the floor. :o x
