    I am a tad better today but still struggling.
    Managed to sleep not too badly considered.
    Wake up a few times due to the pain.

    We also have snow today.
    As I am bent over nearly double I had to cancel coffee with a friend :( & could not risk attempting to walk in it.

    Phoned another friend to ask her if she could do a post office run for me as I had some things needing posted.
    Was so :o phoning to ask but needed some things posted.
    Anyway, she has done it. I gave her a few travel sized things for her holidays so she was pleased.

    sounds like me but i cant blame it on the diazepan. why feel bad about asking for help? if someone asked you to do something that you could, you'd be happy that they thought of you. you're giving someone the opportunity to make a difference.

    I agree - you wouldn’t think badly of someone asking for help - and you’d feel pleased to help them - just as your friend will feel nipping to the post office for you.
    Hope the snow melts very soon - we’ve just got really cold, wet slushy rain - it’s horrible.

    I have noticed it getting slightly lighter of an evening now though....that thought is getting me through ;)
