Aww Beanie, why would anybody think you were a benefit scrounger. Hubby suffered a really bad back injury several years ago. We don't discuss it too much but it changed him as a person. Unless you've seen the effects of somebody who was fit as a butcher's dog end up in a wheelchair/shuffling around like an old person nobody should really comment. :(

I hope your spasms ease off soon. Have you something to take for when that happens?

You've got a mortgage and are trying to pay it off sooner than it should be so in my view, you're in the right place :D x

    Thanks.
I take an industrial amount of muscle relaxants:eek:
Means I cant drive & I am fit for nothing much.

Anyway, only thing I really need to do tonight is put out the rubbish.
    I can do it,really.

She is - a sweet and funny little soul. And very good at insisting on chill time, if she thinks I have spent too long at the desk instead of the sofa I am reminded! :)

Take care Beanie - glad you managed to get the rubbish out - don’t take risks though - could it have waited until another day when you’re more stable. Do you use a walking aid inside - seems you’ve had a few falls indoors recently.
