    We won't be close enough to get our feet wet when the tide comes in but we will be able to walk to the beach :D

    Just catching up, beanie - glad to see that you've got a diagnosis, and there are *some* things you can put in place, I found our local fatigue clinic really helpful. Scheduled rest times rather than saying "another 5 minutes will finish this task for good", keeping hydrated (with water), that sort of thing. Any feedback on self help like that from anywhere?
