    Hope rest of February is less gruelling than you fear beanie...its a hard month I always think, cold, dark, pretty joyless really. But I did notice its now getting lighter in the mornings which is a good thing. Same for you in bonnie Scotland? or are you still in the Arctic period ;)

    Keep plodding...and do eat well, if frugally xx

    I was noticing it was much brighter in the evenings. Thinking there was actually a possibility of getting a bit of light after work. :D
