Hi
I am another one that is unhappy with the way I look, before all lockdowns although I was still fat I was much healthier and fitter as i went to aqua aerobics, hydrospin and aqua deep, I was going 5 nights a week with some days having double classes. But before covid a lot of the classes I went to got cancelled ended(there were ones but all daytime when I am at work) up with only 2 I could go to, one that was not as good and the other had a change of the leader so heading out out at 2000 on Friday night for hydro spin when you didn't like the person that took the class was not appealing so it ended up not worth the membership cost and I cancelled I was looking for something else when lock down happened. So pretty much all exercise stopped, and i am no probably more unfit that I was before, I have steps to climb up to office and I am very out of breath after climbing them.
I am not good at motiving myself that why I liked the classes plus I met lots of lovely people.
I try not to keep bad stuff in the house so I can't eat all the time and only buy when it when I fancy it. I have used the 5:2 before and am thinking of going back to that, I am currently reading new book fast 800. I have also found walk at home videos on youtube which I plan to try, as due to arthritis I am limited to what I can do and was one of the reasons I liked the aqua classes. Although weight loss would be good my main goal is to get fitter and healthier again as I know I will never be thin.
I switched to First direct a couple o months ago when it had the £100 cashback and I am very happy with them so far5 -
