    So.
    This is a true story.
Some of you may get it & some of you may not.

I am increasingly unhappy with my appearence & my weight.
Now, I am not totally dim.
I know that I am the only person that can do something about it.
The rub is that the more upset/stressed I get about it the more I eat.
    Mmmmm.
This is totally me too. I know exactly how you feel.
We can only keep trying to make small sustainable changes and stop beating ourselves up xx

Me too Beanie. Just getting bigger and bigger.

Except I'm just not sure I can bear to start now - hoping I might be in a better frame of mind next week!

You can lead the way for us all 👏👏👏

Just applied for a new First Direct bank account.
Hopefully will get £125 from that at some point.
I opened one of these recently though it was £100 incentive then [but still very welcome].  It all went smoothly other than taking a wee bit longer to get set up than they said initially but they kept me informed by text.
