I have been a long time lurker in these forums, I have been planning on sending you a message for a while I think you are an inspiration with what you have to cope with and how you manage. I think I am from same regional area as you but not same town as I am more coastal.
I see you mention arnica a lot and was wondering do you buy the cream in tubes? They can be very expensive . I use it a lot too but get it in gel form in large tub/containers
I don't have my own diary but reading the debt free diaries on here set me on the path to being debt free. I went down the trust deed route which took 3 years to clear my debt then a further 3 years to clear it from my credit history. I am now trying to build up a healthy emergency fund. I have some but not as much as I would like. Along the way there have have been some bumps in the road, the biggest being losing my mum suddenly on Hogmanay 2018. I am still working my way through that cloud, a lot of the time I feeling I am just coasting and have not got any get up and go to do anything but the essentials a lot of the time. I do still have my dad and he is a lot more reliant on me now which can be a big weight on my shoulders as my older brother lives a long way away
Sorry about your mum.
I use either arnica cream, or Nelsonsor Boots homopathic .
Also calendula cream.
PM if you want to tell me where you are from.

Not good at using the tool I bought with my easter money.
It is really a bit tall & I am terrified I jerk or fall & poke my eye out.

The weather here is not summery at all.
I have not managed any weeding which is just as well as I have pulled a muscle in my leg.
When I weed I sit on the ground & then struggle to get up.
The long handled tool I bought does not work for me.
I need to pay someone to deal with all the weeeds on the other side of the fence in the land that no one maintains.
In other MSE news I seem to have been overspending a tad & I need to reign it right in.
Although I am now MF I stll have a very small income & need to remind myself of that.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters.
