- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £211,813
- OPs to mortgage = £19,809 Estd. interest saved = £10,180 to date
c. 16 months reduction in term

Glad you had a great time! Did you go starter/main with your two courses or main/pudding? As I've got older, I've found i prefer a starter/main x
