The weather here has been dire.
Feels cool & I have had to resort to socks & a fleece.  Brrrr.
The weather has been so variable here too but mostly wet and cool :(.  I've had to resort to wearing a fleece again and sitting under a blanket in the evening, was cold in bed the other night too.  Not what I hope for from July weather but yesterday was warmer so fingers crossed.

I've stopped the snacks I am susceptible to. By not buying them, we can't eat them. It helps a lot with the weight over here. Also carpy weather here
