I have achieved very little today.
Though I have taken down my Christmas beanies.
& dumped them in a bag.
Got a parcel ready to return to M & S.
Some of their stuff is such poor quality now.

Hello Beanie
Had a week off the screen so catching up. Happy New Year, I am glad you are safe in doors although I get about requiring help from others, I am pleased you are putting yourself first re FB and stepping back a bit, there is a time to do and a time to rest .... I am sure you are still doing and finding that balance at the mo is important.
I am in awe about your achievements - what an MSE party we will have when you make that final payment.
I stopped watching casually earlier in the year one or two of the newer characters was getting on my nerves ( watched the Charlie and Duffy storyline) sounds as if I need to dip back in .....
Sad to hear your friends news - loss whenever it happens impacts as all, and most especially difficult in these times, when we can’t get together and mourn......
love and hugs BM xAs a dear MSE friend says “keep plodding” or
What does the saying say.... When life hands you lemons, make lemonade
Or as my Mum would say, brush yourself down, tomorrow is another day or
Fake it, to you Make It

Sorry to hear the sad news about your friend’s mum. Definitely the quality of M&S stuff has sadly gone downhill.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5

Sorry about your friends mum. It’s awful to loose anyone at anytime but especially during these times when you can’t mourn with family and friends or have a hug. Sending you a virtual hug.
Funny you should say that about M&S dd bought dh a jumper in November. He didn’t wear it until Christmas Day. It’s gone really fluffy.January spends - £587.585 -
Right. I need some help.
I bought some brand new clarks ankle boots on facebook as I am so hard on shoes/boots
Anyway. They dont have a zip.
Any ideas for getting them off fairly easily.
Thanks

Was going to suggest a showe horn but that would only help get them on. I’m sure I’ve seen a gadget for getting wellies off but wouldn’t have an idea what it’s called....a ‘welliegetteroffer’ maybe 😂😂good luckJanuary spends - £587.584

I struggle to get my wellies off and end up using my foot to ease them off but it’s not an easy task.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4
