Sounds like you need a boot jack. I keep meaning to buy one for my wellies.MortgageStart Nov 2012 £310,000
Oct 2022 £143,277.74
Reduction £166,722.26
OriginalEnd Sept 2034 / Current official end Apr 2032 (but I have a cunning plan...)
2022 MFW #78 £10200/£12000
MFiT-6 #28 £21,772 /£750005 -
Have a look at these boot pulls - we have a wooden one for getting our wellies off. There are all sorts of styles but basically I prefer one that is not too hard to move around and I don't want a trip hazard. I also want a silicon or rubber bit inside the hook that your boot fits into so they don't damage the fabric of the boot when I'm pushing it off. I lean on the front door so I don't overbalance too (to note please)Save £12k in 2026 #2 I have banked £10,836.47 in 9 months, against a £10k target The Save £12k in 2026 thread is here
OS Grocery Challenge in 2026 I have a £3000 annual budget for 2026 - currently £2270.73 to the end of Oct

Suffolk lass thats the kind of boot getting-offer I was thinking of but didn’t know what they were called. 👍
I honestly think they should do the same lockdown everywhere Beanie. It’s tough but it seems to be spreading like wildfire at the moment 😱😱 After hearing everyone talking about casualty I actually watched it....scary.....and the scariest bit is although that was a tv show it would all have happened in real life at some point 😱😱
Stay safe my friendJanuary spends - £587.584 -
