Toggle certainly isn't and they charge £25 minimum for their SIM - here.

And 15p/MB for data!

I didnt say it was did i ?, i was merely pointing out that it needed a £20 top up, and in addition to that if your a new user they want an extra £5 for the sim.

Not a cheap solution for occassional use .;)

I i recall correctly Toggle requires you to make a call every 120 days .

Landlines starting 01,02,03 and standard mobile numbers should all be charged at 3p a minute by the minute unless the T&Cs say different. I would expect Three to charge in whole minutes as charging by the second as Tesco, Giffgaff, Sainsbury do would not be practical at such a low charge - unless anyone knows different from their T&Cs.
Eg a one minute call should cost 3p.

Calls are charged by the minute and rounded up to the nearest minute. 3p calls are 01/02/03 and UK mobiles.
