Sleep can be a bit of a problem for me anyway but more so at the moment. I take sleeping pills to stop vivid dreams anyway and I have some 'mothers little helpers' for when I am stressing out at night.
Seem to have a lot on at the moment but please I made the trip today. I know Dad loves his visits it just he can't manage long now.
Caught up now so going to find some TV to relax me.
