Maybe just a down day for your Dad? Although I expect you'll know in yourself if he is declining.
Hope you manage to get a good nights sleep. I have been sleeping terribly lately and it's an absolute killer!
Thanks.
Dad fell out of bed Wednesday night and this has bought on the decline. No pain so no bones broken but might have started a bleed off.
Article in the independent online yesterday of pioneering new treatment in America. Not dad's exact type of leukemia but very close to it. They used white blood cells from HIV donated blood and after some kind of treatment used these white cells to kill off the leukemia cells. Amazing stuff. Out of 29 people they tried it on 23 are still alive and 19 of those are in remission.
Gives hope as the leukemia dad has is due to a change to dna in old age.

What can I wear without spending any money?:o
Ooooh how fabgot any knee length boots? Above the knee dress, shift style. Anything you might normally wear with leggings or skinny jeans would be good....such a classy look
Hairband? Nice light coloured matte lipstick, lots of black eyeliner and lashes. Oh the possibilities are endless0 -

I think she just needs a blue rinse and a bus pass.
I'm sure she already has both so doesn't need to spend a penny
