I have a couple of ins

    Orly No Chip Top Coat
China Glaze Nail Polish in Sci Fly
uSpicy 10 brush set - these are very similar to the Real Techniques ones but only £15.99 for this set in a really gorgeous gift box which opens like a drawer, it is a very comprehensive set of angled, flat and round brushes, 5 large and 5 small. I have tried out two this morning and they worked really well and are very soft.

  • - TBS Pink Grapefruit Body Spray: This lasted me almost a year with daily use so would buy again. It was lovely and fresh and great for work as I don't like overpowering people with fragrance. Have a Brazil Nut one to use now.

Be careful with the BS Brazil Nut body spray!

I bought it for my daughter as she loves the smell, but she reported schoolmates kept cuddling up to her saying "hmmmm you smell like waffles!!!" LOL DD is not touchey-feeley so was pretty annoyed by the effect and it was demoted to a room spray!:rotfl:
No buying unnecessary toiletries 2014. Epiphany on 4/4/14 - went into shop to buy 2 items, walked out with 17!

Well I work in the basement of our building on my own most of the time so that shouldn't be a problem! But if people keep coming down then at least I'll know why!

Re: the conditioner. I am hopeful that I have talked Santa (aka MrM) into buying me some of this as he commented on how soft my hair felt when I used it. I know I said I don't splurge on haircare but I don't mind splurging by proxy :rotfl:

I also talked him out of buying the Elemis TSV. Looked in my stash and still have 2 x each of the bottles of Jasmine & Rose milk bath and the Nourishing shower cream. He was still saying the value was good but have asked him to just buy me one or two pots of PCMC instead. Was getting a little jittery when I tuned in yesterday evening to see it still in stock. Had to change channels. Unfortunately, I then put on a prerecorded Yankee Candle hour and ended up ordering candles instead. Anyone fancy setting up a No More Candles Challenge thread?

Another UU for me in the shape of Aussie Beach Mate Shampoo. Went on a tube/bottle cutting frenzy yesterday when cleaning the bathroom and threw away a NO 7 blusher that had broken up and a can and bottle of Toni & Guy hairspray and finishing spray. Had been sitting there for yonks with no-one using them.

Sorry about the Gok range Babafette. I hate it when this happens. I wish I had some in my stash as I'd offer it to you. Nobody here absolutely loves Elemis Jasmine & Rose, Nourishing Shower Cream, Frangipani shower cream and Monoi oil do they?

I did this yesterday with some conditioners that I was given as freebies on our cruise. Chucked half a tube into the washing machine drawer however it doesn't seem to have gone anywhere ! Oops. x

These are all amazing! Do you not like them?

I posted ages ago about doing swaps as it is a good way of getting rid of/trying new things!

Not sure if I'd have anything you'd like to swap with, but I'd definitely be up for that!

Bought is to buy. Brought is to bring.
  • finally a UU
500ml of avon soft pink bubble bath.

i have more avon bubbles in my stash
    SPC~12 ot 124

  • A UU Nerium AD Day Cream. This was a freebie BF brought back from a conference. The day cream is ok but the nightcream is yuk hnce why thats going down slowly:(
Debt free and busy treating myself:)

No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales
  • I somehow forgot I picked up an Original Source showergel the other week. The OH found it at the back of the cabinet! Our showergel always goes quickly, so that stash is not too bad.

I finished the posh conditioner, still got one more use out of the shampoo sample.
Finished the French Connection body butter. I miss the smell! I would buy this again. I've got lots to use up here and one body butter which says it expires soon, so got to keep getting through it all! Some of my creams are 3-4 years old now.
Used the foundation sample - Bourjois Healthy Mix. Looked nice in the morning but midday my pores looked visible, and slightly shiny. I have normal-to-dry skin and quite tight pores ! Not good.
  • Another UU here:

Andrew Barton Miracle Frizz Tamer conditioner. WDBA. Love it. Actually, I've not tried a single bad product by AB. I have stuff from the SOS, frizz, and volume range and they're all amazing. I have naturally straight, flat, but also frizzy (lots of flyaways) hair with dry ends so I need to alternate all of them

Anyway the conditioner is very good at making my hair look a lot smoother.

Just realised I have no more 'regular' conditioner in the stash! But I have my body shop rainforest hair butter to use up (a bit 'meh' about it and prefer the AB one I have) so I'll not get any more conditioner until December. Weird though. I could have sworn I had a volume conditioner...

Also, used my Tesco cocoa butter body lotion today for the first time in years now that my NSPa butter has gone and wow. I remember why I stopped using it in the first place. It's so runny! I like my moisturisers thick, thank you. This stuff is like water. So glad it's already half gone.

I am proud that I put a body butter back in Primarni, the fragrance was quite nice but not that special, not even for £2. I should have used what I have in the body cream/lotion up by Christmas, but not sure if if will be given anything.
Fortunately one of the things I have is a big bottle of A!di Lacura Dove lookey likey lotion, so it should be relatively simple to replace that.
Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.
  • Morning everyone, yet another UU for me:

TBS Blueberry body butter - Liked the scent of this more than the actual moisturising properties. Moving on to the Almond one now.

Also have an IN to report - Estee Lauder Double Wear Light. I already have this in shade 1.0 but it's a tad too dark for me at the moment. Have snapped up the 0.5 shade on ebay for a bargain as it was half full so will see how that works out (plus I could always mix them together).
