Ninth Anniversary 1,000 Posts Name Dropper I've been Money Tipped!
Update... Got the Money Refunded in FULL... and Received no VAX!!!

Thanks Martin.. not one of your best Money Saving Recommendations/tie ups!

No offence but it's not Vax's problem.
You will not see this as you have it in your head that it's their problem.
You are one in hundreds of people who have ordered, the majority of whom have done so without any problem. With that fact alone, the more logical answer is user input was faulty.

    Hey ho.

You should ask your bank about how holding accounts (usually termed "ring-fenced") work. It happens frequently.

I'm afraid it IS Vax.. they advised that they would ONLY take one payment.. and I WOULD receive only ONE VAX...

They had a 'System Error' (isn't it always!).

90% of my purchases are online due to my geography and health this suits me just fine. I have not had any problems with any other payments or any other companies.. Just Vax .. hay Ho..

TBH - I'm not bothered. My Money was refunded. that is all that matters.

Oh - and I'm not anti- VAX - I already have one of their floor cleaners and their over the phone customer service has always been 1st Class.
I am NOT a Woman! - its Overland Landy (as in A Landrover that travels Overland)

    .

I doubt that very much, I ordered 2 weeks ago and heard nothing. I phoned up today and their customer desk stated that they hadn't a clue when it will be delivered

Same problem here, I ordered on the first day but they cannot tell me when I can expect delivery.

Money taken from my account immediately.

You did well speaking to someone at Customer Service as when I called they told me that as I had used the MSE code I had to speak to someone at MSE so I have to correspond via Email.

Has anyone else has their Vax delivered yet?
I ordered mine on Saturday. No email confirmation, so I called them up. They said that they couldn't find the order without the order number and that I should check with my bank if the money has been taken. The money went out on Monday, but I still haven't heard anything.

On 31st October I ordered a 'Steam Fresh Combi 15-in-1 Steam Cleaner', at 7:59. (I did not want to miss out). An email confirming my PayPal payment with delivery charge of £4.99 "Shipping Option - Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days)" was instantly received. However a 10:28 subsequent email was received from Vax advising me:

“Thank you for your recent order from our Factory Sale! Your order will arrive within 10 working days from the date of your payment. When your order is dispatched our courier, Yodel, will send you a delivery tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your order progress on Yodel’s website. We do hope that you enjoy your new products. If you have not received your item after 10 working days, please contact us or call our helpline and we will investigate further”.

Then, on 7th November, I received another email advising me:

“Thank you for choosing Vax Factory Sale product(s) Great news, your order has been picked and now ready for dispatch…For machine and solutions orders, you will receive a further email direct from our carrier, when they have collected your parcel, with tracking details. Thank you for choosing Vax Factory Sale.

Today, 13th November - As I have still not heard further information or delivery, I decided to call Vax. A pointless exercise. I hung up having been in the queue for 26 minutes. I sent them an email instead!

Ordered on the 29/10/2014, got an email the next day saying it had been dispatched. now the 13/11/2014. These clowns are the worst customer experience. Emailed them and they said they had been very busy and item will be dispatched. Are these idiots running some kind of cottage industry from a back bedroom.

Martin Lewis, do us a favour and don not publish deals from VAX again. It goes against the whole ethics of this website !

A little unkind, some of us ( maybe we were lucky ) got a bargain and one which arrived quickly.

I ordered on the 31st, had a despatch email on Wednesday but nothing received yet. 10 working days is today. Has anyone requested the £4.99 delivery charge be refunded?

The cap it, at the end of the call they asked me to complete a satisfaction survey. The women stated that they had been overwelmed by demand, but surely being a sale they knew how many they had to sell.
