An earlybird like me, MrsSave , if the timing of your post is anything to go by. I'm always up and rarin' to go by 6 but struggle to do anything productive in the evening:o.
Congrats on your sale. Can I be nosey and ask what exactly you make and sell please?0 -
I personalise wooden crafts, frames etc. Sell on facebook and ebay, then sell clothes through hubby's ebay account (easier to work out tax return that way!!). I've got a young toddler who is training me up on waking early. The training is going well! I'm usually falling asleep before the lights are off at night, trying to read! Thankfully ds sleeps through the night!Starting a new debt free journeyStarting Debt: £5,250Current Debt: £4,995.50Amount Paid: £254.50 Percentage Paid: 4.84%Emergency Fund: £3500

Good Morning All
Just counted one of my change jars and I had £22 in it - didn't think it would be so much - got another one to count so I'll do that later today.
Had a couple of E of Bay sales this week but need to work out how much I'll have after I deduct their fees.
I don't seem to be doing as well as I thought, have just read some of the thread again to get some of my motivation back, I've just realised it could be a slow process!!!
Will update my signature when I add the £22

I wasn't sure what else I could do this month to meet my target but I'm now thinking I could do it! :j
Found some One4All gift cards in my purse that I received last xmas and had forgotten about which had £40 on! So I converted £30 to Amazon and with the £5 Amazon gift card I'd received through MobileExpressions (already counted this in my total) I purchased a kettle for £34.99. This is £5 cheaper than anywhere else (can I count the £5 saving?!) :j
Instead of paying £3.30 for postage I signed up for a free trial to Amazon Prime so got the postage for free! I have instantly cancelled the trail (otherwise they'll take £79 next month!) but I can continue to receive the benefits (i.e. free postage) for the next month. So I'm going to make sure I buy any xmas presents I want from there before then!
Annoyingly though I found an expired Amazon gift card for £10 lurking in my purse  However I've sent an email complaining that their gift cards expire after a year - I wouldn't normally but who knows I may get something out of it so it doesn't hurt to try!
Also annoyed that I redeemed a paypal payment for £5 from SB but if I'd known I was going to buy something from Amazon I could have got £6 for only 20 SBs more. But never mind!
So I'm going to count the £34.99 for the kettle plus the £3.30 for free postage taking me to £117.98! And still got another £10 on one of the gift cards!
Sorry for the long rambling post!Debt as at 5 June 2023 - £15,600.89
