Hope you are on the mend soon Nargle and that Igor doesn't try to catch you out with recycled bat stew too many times
Well I didn't stick to my plan as I thought a fiver might not be enough to top up with so did get £10 of petrol on my way home from work this morning but will be back on track tomorrow.
Keep at it everyone

Have you tried totting up what you spend in a week on lunches and snacks? You might be shocked....
I do try to take my lunch with me (I don't want to live on Igor's pies EVERY day!).
Problem today is that I went to see Interstellar last night not realising that it was about 3 1/2 hrs long. Thus I got home and crashed out meaning I didn't get time to make anything. I also failed to get up early enough to make my brekkie again (are you seeing a trend yet?) so today will be a spendy day.
Yesterday however...NSD #5! :T0 -
kermit If you like rolls or sandwiches for lunch, make up a load with different fillings and bung them in the freezer. Every workday morning grab a roll/sandwich from the freezer, bag of crisps/cake/cereal bar from the cupboard and fruit from the fruitbowl. That's lunch sorted in less than 30 seconds. One life - your life - live it!0

7 NSDs bearing the legend "property of Chateau Nargle " are now languishing in the Cauldron of Doom, thanks to me being on enforced house arrest. Weather has been filthy this morning so mustn't complain. One life - your life - live it!0

You can always make your lunch up the night before and either store it in the fridge or in your workbag overnight, depending on the nature of the filling. I put the breakfast things out the night before, too, so there's no panicky rush on a morning. Terribly well organised and all that, but it is worth a few minutes on an evening to make a good and stress free start for the next day.One life - your life - live it!0

I do try to make my lunch the night before (generally it's leftovers from the previous nights dinner) but as I say, I was at Cinema until 11pm last night and in no mood or state of conciousness to be allowed anywhere near a kitchen.
Tonight however...sandwiches SHALL be made!
On to more pressing matters...no NSD for me today (:() due to buying a new shaver (much needed, especially in Movember) but I will be putting my remaining cash needed for football away tonight so hopefully a NSD tomorrow then the weekend should be the same as the OH & I's trip away is all budgeted for in the Joint account. This might be the run of getting my 5 in a row!!!! :j0 -
