    I've been Money Tipped!
Well done dancemum - I'm pretty on the ball with money saving and our direct debits, but I went through all our bills this month, renegotiated a few, changed to higher interest bank account etc - will save use £980 per year

    Behind already :(

Will do cleaning and shower now.

Decided to come back for a cuppa before heading to the shops. Going to see if I've got the details to hand to do an energy comparison.

I haven't managed to complete a list today so far, but have washed DS1's bed linen, and also the main bedroom bed linen.
Lunchtime appointment decluttered, and also went for a walk round the field in the sunshine.

DS1 is clearing business clutter, en I can run vacuum round.

Plan to pop down to allotment to collect pumpkins and squashes this afternoon.

I'm a tad late posting today; I decided to do the last couple of tasks on my personal Flying list before posting, so my list is COMPLETE this week!!:T:T:T

Someone (Sushistar I think) asked about our Flying lists - Daily tasks here are S&S (swish & swipe) sink and bathroom, ensure Mr LW has a lunchbox if he's going to the office, ensure he's prepped the veg/other items I have difficulty with for the evening's dins, do a WM load if there's enough in the laundry bin, and wash up/tidy up as we go. Apart from that, I have a list for the week, colour coded. Brown items I need Mr LW to do/help with; then come the general items in black; then room-specific in colours, then finally another black bit with ongoing/do as needed items. I copy from the master list each week, and delete each task as it's done. Here's next week's:

Obviously not ALL tasks need doing EVERY week - eg I don't clean the oven every week (I'm not that dedicated) so if they honestly don't need doing, I delete them at the start of the week. I also start my week on a Saturday, so that Mr LW can help clear the things I can't manage, or can't manage alone.

As you can see, I'm still in one piece after yesterday; the test was extremely unpleasant, considerably painful at times, but if it gets us nearer to an answer of what's going on with my paws, I'm happy to put up with it. The Dr was very pleasant, and explained to me what he was doing, and what I could expect to feel (very ouchy!); he'll have the results to the Consultant in plenty of time for my appointment next Thursday. These, together with the ultrasound results from last week, will hopefully give a clearer picture.
I had knock-on pain from the tests all last night, so I didn't sleep; but then, the pain often keeps me awake at night anyway, so no worse off, I guess.
Also, I didn't like being manhandled (that's just me - I have a real problem being touched by strangers, specially male strangers) but as always, I'll deal with the fallout.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

    I've been Money Tipped!
Thanks for your lists lamewolf, and sorry your appointment was a bit rough. Hope you can relax a bit now it's out of the way!

I had a shower and put my makeup on - despite all my feminist tendencies, it does make me feel better! Got another 1.5 essays marked and put away the clothes in our bedroom. Then I went out for lunch in a cfe (NOT good for ££, but good for my sanity!) and now I've gone to another coffee shop where I had a free tea voucher (and free wifi!:)), so I'm going to get on with finishing the next essay now. Popping into the thread is helping me focus.:T

bedroom degunged. Thanks for the list it has really helped me get round to do it! Windows haven't been wiped since I painted them at 8 months pregnant (child turned 2 this month:eek:) and they were somewhat black around the gills, so they've had a good bleaching then a polish. Furniture-moving hoover done :T feeling virtuous!
Kids have made and are now decorating halloween fairy cakes. They look truly revolting.:rotfl: Had lunch in a cafe and trotted to Wilcos and asda for a dressing up dress for little miss. Big kids chose staying at home pottering with me over a trip to the swimming pool! Strange, but a complete result as far as I'm concerned! :p
Just enjoying a cuppa and biscuit then will sort tea out, maybe do a bit on the quilt before going to pick the littlest chicken up.

well done to the flylady who fixed her hoover! bet it feels great:T
    Nice to see Natty
Well done SUshistar for cracking on:T
LameWolf - (hugs) for a tough time

Oh and I decluttered the old christmas tree and the playgroup playmat that I kind of wrecked to the charity shop (shhh don't tell dh about the tree........):rotfl::rotfl:

Natty good to see you a little more positive.

LW well done! I'm glad it is over for you and hope it gives some answers.

Been to Mr M and Mr L, used vouchers, got petrol, used voucher, got free air for tyres, got another £5 off voucher.
    Washing in cold shopping away.

Need to put jacket spuds in the aga then go and collect DS3.

    Living room Done!:D
Main bedroom Done - just need to finish drying linen and remake beds.

I have also collected three enormous pumpkins and lots of smaller squashes from the allotment with DD's help.

Cup of tea time! And time to wonder why I have eight bags with knitting in by the sofa.... Two of them are DD's to be fair.

Lamewolf Glad to hear that you have survived the appointment, and sending gentle hugs.
