17 pairs of shoes!!! A veritable Imelda!!!
I have serious shoe cupboard envy - my sister was given carte blanche on their bedroom redesign so had a shoe drobe fitted. Each pull out shelf holds ten pairs. There are 5 shelves. Her shoes are arranged by colour.

Just having a :coffee: break; am down to the last four strips of paper to remove.

have also been to post 2 letters, as DS needs his birth certificate imminently (note to self - get copies of ALL certificates and keep with originals for when copies are needed.) So popped into docs for prescription and had long discussion about flu jab. Apologised for state of self.

(note to self - SHOWER before returning to docs for flu jab this avo)

pigpen hope the finger is less sore soon but its a good job the infection is out. well done on being so organised with christmas.
sticks spoons hugs and good wishes to all who need them

made a reasonably early start this morning bathmats have been through the wm and are waiting to be hung out now the rain appears to have stopped. toiletry shelves in bathroom have been gone through and lots of packaging put in recycling, DS2s room has been S&Sed and his bed made. texted hairdresser to change appt as it clashes with a drs appt mil has. 2 bag bags of stuff lugged down the high school for their christmas fayre. martial arts club rent paid, loros lotto paid, survey on face cream im testing done, & bathroom bin emptied.

going to grab a cuppa now and see if i can get the washing up done and see what the lists involve

Not feeling very motivated today, still tired after weekend away and the drive. It's grey and drizzly here too. I have done a couple of loads of washing, but that's all so far.

Will now drag myself away from sofa and Internet, and do living room and hall before lunch.

Thank you for all the hugs they mean a lot :)

I have cleared my list-it only had two things on I thought I would keep it simple!

OH does not want to do anything about bank accounts and he has no intention of making me sell house -how kind. I did shout at him yesterday as he bought a puppy in May and took it for a walk yesterday-only the second time since we've had her to help me out. He then told me he loved her so I said oh so much you are leaving her. He was not happy but it was how I felt. She is a little staffy and can tell something is wrong icon9.gif

Her walk was job one on list- it was nice, the sun is out but it is cold out there and I cleaned the sink in bath room.

Hope you all have a good day

    Take care -Katiecat

    Hello all

I've tried to post a couple of times but I got an error message saying it had timed out!

Pigpen - sorry to hear about Noel
LW - glad Mr LW is ok after the horsepiddle yesterday

Hugs, spoons and sticks to all that need them, sorry I've read through but not retained much!

This week's flying has been limited:

DW & WM put on clean cycle
    Veggie lasagne made
    Bread made in BM
    Washing up done
(Finally!) rang the decorator to tell him the issues I've had with his wallpapering, he's going on holiday tomorrow so will come round on his return. I'm hoping for a refund so I can get someone else in. He's done an awful job and I could have done it better, even though I've never wallpapered.

My blood tests have come back clear from the doctors. It's not reassured me TBH, my knee is getting worse and the lump is still there. I'm just going to have to wait until I go to the MATT clinic at the end of November.

    Have a great day all

    Rampant Recycler Debt-free and Proud!
    Afternoon all

Been a beautiful sunny morning here - bit nippy but still....

Making most of the weather I have covered the little table on the balcony and watered the boxes that looked a bit dry. It's been so warm that some of the bulbs are peeping through already  and the ones for the dining table are about 6 inches tall and will come in this week-end :)

Also tidied balcony and have just finished cleaning front lobby and outside where NDN leak has been stopped - HURRAY !!

Done a 'hotspot' also. There were a few spots on the rugs in the living room and I was procrastinating over them. Bit the bullet and tackled with micro cloth and some warm vinegar water and they seem to be gone ! Just waiting for them to dry before I brush again.

Now must dash to town and do some money juggling at the banks to cover end of month payments.

Working later today as some appointments moved so not starting until 5.00.

Deco honey - perspective: the bloods are clear, so there's nothing majorly sinister as in really nasty sinister. Now you need to find out what is wrong; possibly something pulled/strained, or another more benign reason for the lump. Talk to your GP again if you're really worried, as the end of November is a bit of a wait. (((HUG)))

Dusty I know where you're coming from re RoyalPaws - I still miss Penny-Dog twelve and a half years later; the same length of time she was with me. I also still feel the loss of my regular guests who have trodden the Rainbow Bridge. You never, ever replace them; all you can do is fill the dog-shaped or cat-shaped hole in your life.

I'm getting very nervous; my appointment is 16:40, and I know for a fact that the test I have to have today is uncomfortable at best, and can be downright painful. Kazw and any other MK residents - if the air over the city turns bright blue later this afternoon, you'll know why!:D

Flying-wise - I have just a few little kitchen tasks left this week, which I'll do tomorrow, when Mr LW is back in the office (he's wfh today, and got permission to finish early to take me to my appointment). Luckily I washed the bath mats yesterday and got them dry.:T
We've also started weeding the pc and console games, with a view to getting rid of one or two turkeys; it's time-consuming, as it involves Mr LW playing the game for a bit and declaring it turkey or not-turkey.:D

Um.... what else? Oh yes; Piggers baby-delivering vibes for DD1.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
