I'm quite surprised that you would be so ignorant in your views. Its all very well for middle class white collar workers slating the working class but the middle class are not affected by the mass immigration

That's the nub of things right there. The more secure you are the less likely you are to understand the very real issues facing working class Brits.
Someone in the media recently wrote a piece about those middle class types that are good at reading charts and surveys but have little in the way of common sense and deep understanding of reality.
Many self employed traders have to prostitute themselves for penury wage levels directly due to the fact cut priced migrants in droves will do that work for pittance and no amount of employment law can alter this as they are self employed.
It's just this kind of basic common sense reality that surveys and stats can never hope to capture.
The chart readers are those same type that tell us things like building a women's amusement park in Helmand was a great idea. Detached, lofty and hopelessly naïve.0 -
S Korea and the others are independent and yes like to enjoy the benefits of NATO type arrangements and contribute towards mutual security.
In a universe where pigs fly, the sky is purple and toast always lands jam side up perhaps
but then denial of reality when it doesn't suit the anti-EU agenda is practically an artform amongst Europhobes so I didn't expect anything more persuasive. Having a signature removed for mentioning the removal of a previous signature. Blackwhite bellyfeel double plus good...0 -

What has that got to do with UKIP?. If I remember correctly the Conservatives chose not to contest some of the seats in the Euro elections that UKIP were expected to do well in, so are the Conservative party a party of Racists? Guilty by association? grow up.Britain First are openly supporting UKIP, and correctly telling their members to ignore UKIP's protestations against far right parties as they are purely political.
It shows clear intent on UKIP's behalf that they do not wish to be associated with any former racists. The stupidity required to think UKIP's BNP ban proves anything is staggering. Firstly because it's meaningless and doens't stop current or former BNP members from joining without declaring it.
Show me where Nu-Labour or the Tories have a policy of not admitting ex NF or BNP members?.
BNP and NF were racist parties , name me 1 racist policy of UKIPs?.Secondly, it's only because UKIP are so appealing to the kind of people in the BNP/NF that they'd have to do something to stop them joining.I take it you'd suggest the 'we love minorities and immigrants' party were more racist than UKIP if they didn't ban BNP members (even though no BNP member would want to join them).
Nu-labour had racists policies such as ethnic minority only shortlists and openly admitted its "social engineering" open door policy when the accession countries came in.
I look forward to seeing you post a single racist policy from UKIP.0 -

Who's talking about joining UKIP?
It won't stop them voting for UKIP, will it?
Here's a question for you.
Almost a million voted BNP in the 2009 European Elections. 180k in 2014. Where do you think those 800k voters went to? The Greens? :rotfl:Don't blame me, I voted Remain.0 -

Well if immigration is considered a disadvantage then Switzerland and Norway have had more of it per capita, they also have to 'toe the line' with the EU or lose valuable trading rights.'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -

I will answer that question with a question. Does every voter who votes for a party vote for them on a single issue?. I would imagine many voted for the BNP because they were the only party who wanted to stop (wrongly in my veiw) all immigration .
When a low paid construction worker who has 2 kids, wife, mortgage has his wages cut because the Polish workers can afford to work for less because they are living 7 to a house (paying 1/7th of the rent, council tax etc etc) can you blame him for being bitter?. How many middle class managers such as Hamish have to compete with cheap immigrant labour?
I have said before numerous times and I will say again. I am in favour of a points based immigration policy. I don't care what colour someone is or where they are from.0 -
New Zealand, Australia, Japan, S Korea, Iceland, Switzerland, Norway and plenty others all heading in the right direction, all independent and proud.
I suppose they are hellish places to live what with their lack of ECHR's, supposed inability to police cross border and unable to influence EU rules, lol.
I cannot fathom this cowardly gotta be in the EU club mantra.
I don't know where to begin with this Conrad. You aren't a stupid man but here we with the cobblers you used to promote Scottish Nationalism again.
Japan and South Korea are client states of America. They house the largest concentration of US troops in the world and have governments that answer to Washington before their own people. Japan never stopped being an occupied country for goodness sake.
Australia had a panic attack after the Brits joined the EU and begged to become a client state of America. New Zealand is dependent on Australia. Switzerland is a dodgy tax haven for corporate despots that is the only European country to legislate against foreigners.
Norway is oil and therefore dollar dependent and Iceland is a volcano.0 -
Cry me a river. British construction workers have priced themselves out of the market due to rip-off pricing and shoddy work.leveller2911 wrote: »When a low paid construction worker who has 2 kids, wife, mortgage has his wages cut because the Polish workers can afford to work for less because they are living 7 to a house (paying 1/7th of the rent, council tax etc etc) can you blame him for being bitter?.
