I've had a cough, cold & sore throat (like swallowing razor blades) for 3 weeks - maybe getting on for 4.
3 LFTs about a week apart ALL NEGATIVE

OH had similar symptoms so took a test last Sunday and it was POSITIVE

OH took another LFT today and it's NEGATIVE

I've felt even worse for the last day or so - took LFT about 30 minutes ago and it's POSITIVE

Both of us double jabbed & boosted, and I caught Covid twice in 2020
(late Feb / early March and then again end of June - which left me with Long Covid for about 12 months - even referred to a Chronic Fatigue Clinic it was that bad)

Glad it's happened now and not just before we hopefully go away
Hope I don't feel like I do at the moment - not looking forward to the excruciating pain I experienced when coming into land back from Cuba in 1983 when I had just what appeared to be a mild head cold
Not something I would ever like to repeat !
