Hi Joseph

If you are going to travel with just a small cabin bag each max 45x36x20cm which the above only includes then I cant beat it  (i can see yours includes Transfers though) 
But I can do you a package with Easyjet Holidays that includes a 23kg suitcase in hold each, and the cabin bag, and Transfers plus some other benefits as you become Easyjets responsibility if flights get cancelled etc for £1995 
I cant help on the single rooms though

Hey, figured I'd give this a try given the hotel seems weirdly expensive for the dates, but I need the specific hotel for an event near it:

LHR to CPH, Business, Thursday 24th November 8:15am -> Monday 28th November midday
Staying at Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers, King bed with Breakfast.

Price seems to vary a lot over the last couple of days, but best price atm seems to be around £875.
