I've been Money Tipped! Debt-free and Proud!
Oh dear, spent 9.65 on essentials and unnecessary bits and bobs! Have now spent 31.34/100 in 6 days!!! This is a nightmare! Gotta learn some self control .

Oh well, at least the mighty Spurs are doing the business in Europe :D.
    .

I know the feeling! I spent about £20 yesterday on junk food and now only have £150 for the rest of the month.
Its my TOTM, that's my excuse anyway!

Thursday was a NSD but spent £7.78 in T*sco and W8rose on Wednesday. Unplanned apart from more milk (how do we manage to use so much??) but timed it right and got lots of YS stuff, so saved £8.98. I couldn't resist the 10 bananas for 36p in Mr T, in spite of having got some the day before so I'll be eating a lot of bananas over the next week. I don't often buy cream but at 19p I figured out I'd work out how to use it later. Most of it went into a quiche and some onto a sponge pudding with a July 2014 best before date.

NewShadow and JIL, Thank you for the yoghurt and Cheese advice. I think I will try the flask option first as it's been stated, not much room in fridge.

Glad to hear sooo many of you have been doing really well.

I had to go into town yesterday and did end up buying stuff...like French cheese on offer, Ceramic cake tins on offer, YS burgers (already eaten at least). I won't be going near a shop for 5 days, so it's fridge and freezer and veg plot cooking for a few days. Starting with an NSD today. Still haven't udated my sig, must do that today, receipts are under my laptop, lol.

Savvy Shopper! I've been Money Tipped!
Hi All £12.60 spent today. It's my birthday and I wanted to do a party tea for my 5 year olds sake. He is very excited on my behalf. Nothing fancy & most of it will roll on into this weekend's food, drink & snacks.
I found another 5p on my way to the shops so put that and the other 5p towards a 20p bottle of basics lemonade. When you think of found money that way it's rather nice.
17 days to go for us this month & we have £7.33 per day to spend if you average out our remaining budget. Seems doable. But I do have 2 more birthdays in our family in that period.
