  • I've got a pedestal mat round the upstairs loo. Reading this I don't really know why I have it as it seems to spend most of it's time rucked up! It gets washed regularly too. I hate bath mats, well strictly speaking I hate bath mats that get wet foot marks on them. I have a bath mat (DH) likes it but I never stand on it if it is wet. Eughh. I dry before I get out of the bath.

I think maybe I will chuck out the pedestal mat.
  • bathmat is perfect. I am also using it

Not quite! I chanced upon this whilst searching for another thread (which I still can't find!).

Bathmats and pedestal mats for me in my own bathroom. I don't wear my slippers in it as it is a wet area and it is nice to have something warm and dry to step onto from my bath. As for the loo, it has never occurred to me not to have one! I wouldn't bother if there was a man in the house though. Most [STRIKE]are disgusting[/STRIKE] don't take care with their personal habits, the very thought of keeping one in the house (a man, I mean) makes me feel quite ill.

Hope is not a strategy :D...A child is for life, not just 18 years....Don't get me started on the NHS, because you won't win...I love chaz-ing!
