Whilst sometimes living on your own gets lonely it has it benefits.

Stick to the diet, think your doing it for yourself not him. Men are such kids! I wouldn't tolerate anyone being like that with me without erupting.

Going to try harder cutting back food this week having topped the scales at 13st disgusted with myself, never weighed this much ever.

    You can do it xx

But impressive on the M&S job offer.. they are veeeerrrryy choosy on who they take so great for you to pass muster and a big confidence boost I hope, I am sure the perfect thing that you WANT is just around the corner :)

Don't let him get to you btw..... he's being a fool and it may take a few choice words from you to make him realise just how much.. hang in there - you're doing great xx

  • Thanks for your support everyone!! It means so much to me!

Well I went for an interview on Tuesday and I start tomorrow! I got a job! :j

It's only temping but it's good wages and I can quit at anytime if I get something else. I get paid weekly so my money will be coming in again soon. I am so excited but also terrified! I have another interview today for a permanent job but it is a lot less pay. I'd prefer it to the temp as I get sick pay and holidays straight away, not to mention job security.

The main thing is, I will have some money coming in and be able to pay my bills without touching anymore of my savings. Going to try my best to save as much of it as possible too :)

Hope everyone is doing alright. I promise I will catch up on diaries soon!

    October xx

Oh wow October! Come on here to catch up and in that time you've had two job offers and start a new job tomorrow!!! Congratulations!
I hope you're diet is still going well. You need to wipe that smirk off OH's face by getting to a size you are happy with (whatever size that is as personally I think curves are the new black!) and strutting around with your head confidently held high! Just remember you're doing it for you.

    Good luck for tomorrow!

I echo this truly... and I am so proud of you October. But twiggy I had to laugh at the contrast of your nickname to the sentiment!!! :D

As for your news... wow you are pretty incredible!! Good luck for the next interview and well done on the temp position. Perfect! Shame it can't be turned into a permanent one or is there scope?!

Nice to hear you upbeat and positive!! Lots of love! xxx

Hi October. Sorry I've not 'checked in' for a while, we've been internetless since moving in to the new house.
Sorry other half isnt being supportive, I'm sure when he sees you're serious about it all he will change his ways.

Well done on the job offers!! :j Good luck with your first day tomorrow. :T
