4.5 months before a job.
I was dismissed along with 12-14 others. Only 3-4 actually did the damage that caused us to get the others to be dismissed. I was an innocent victim. All of us started together 4 months previously. The employer couldn't be bothered do a proper investigation. As I only worked with them for four months, I could not get a tribunal etc.
Many employers did not want to know me.
Then I got a maternity cover job. The original person that started on the cover left after 8 weeks as found a better job. I started 2 weeks after he left. Then 4 months, the woman who was on ML rang on the Friday to say she wanted to go back on Monday three months early. Left me with no job. But the company were kind enough to ring or e-mail various departments to ask if they needed anyone.
Then I had no job again for 4 months but I was able to claim JSA as I was made redundant.
I have been working for my employer for 6.5 years. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
